If you’re overwhelmed by stress, living with chronic pain, or simply craving a deeper sense of calm, autogenic training (AT) is a way to gently reset. It’s a simple, proven practice that helps your body and mind unwind—naturally.
You don’t need experience. You don’t need equipment. You don’t need to “know how to relax.”
You just need 30 minutes, a quiet space, and a willingness to feel a little better.

Each session is short, simple, and restorative. You’ll be guided through gentle movements and awareness exercises in a calm, private setting—no special equipment or experience needed.

Flexible scheduling to meet you where you are

Sessions are available when you are. You can come to Central East Austin, or I can travel to you if that’s easier.

Autogenic training is a guided self-relaxation practice that teaches your body to respond to cues of calm, comfort, and inner ease.

 

Unlike traditional meditation or breathwork, AT uses short phrases and gentle attention to create a deep sense of rest. It’s been extensively studied, is easy to learn, and helps you tap into your body’s own healing responses.

At AUM ATX, there’s no dogma, no gatekeeping—just a practice you can make your own.
